How To Join Rules- New Submissions Rules Again!

_{PLEASE READ THE RULES BEFORE YOU JOIN!

~~HOW TO JOIN~~

**Please send a note to *TheMermaidsClub with the subject heading of "Join" and add the club to your watch list. Posting a link to our club in your journals or signatures is highly appreciated! Please DO NOT send in gallery submissions with your request for membership, we ask that you please wait until you see your name on the members list. Thank you! Front page comments for membership will not be accepted.

~~HOW TO SUBMIT~~

**Please send a note to *TheMermaidsClub with the subject heading of "Submit" if you would like to make a submission to the club's gallery. Please do not send more than three (3) submissions at a time. Additional submissions past the first three (3) in any given note will not be posted. If you would like to submit MORE than three (3) pieces to the gallery, please do so in another note AFTER your initial art has been posted to the gallery. We strive to update the gallery at least once a week, so the wait should not be very long!

~~GALLERY RULES~~
**Please DO NOT fav in the gallery! We cannot stress this enough. While we appreciate your respect for the works posted, the original artist of the piece will appreciate it even more. ALL submissions have a link to the original in the description, please use them. Faving work promotes an artist by not only showing them that people care about and enjoy their work, but it also helps boost their rank in the search lists and 'opular' submissions lists and helps more people find their work.

**Please send a note to *TheMermaidsClub with the subject heading "Quit" and we will remove you name from the members list.
If you have art submitted to the gallery and you would like it to be removed, please let us know which pieces are yours and we will delete them from the gallery.
Requests for removal from the group left on the front page comments section will not be accepted. Thank you!

I got a note from a memeber; *RuuRuu-Chan and she gave me great idea for this club submissions!

Oceanids ~ Sea-Nymphs
Hipocampus ~ Sea Horse ( 2 words)
Melusine ~ A mermaid with two tails
Selkie ~ Takes on a seal like form but when they come to shore they become human.
Sea Serpant ~ Kraken, Nessie, Lockness, Prehistoric sharks
Levithan ~ Biblical sea serpant that controls the flows of the oceans. Some think it's the protector of the lost city of atlantis, etc.

I think it's good idea cause it part of ocean along with merfolks! I agreed with a *RuuRuu-Chan that people draw some great stuff that come from the ocean and it is all mythical magical creatures. Some ugly and some very beautiful! Thank you for the great idea, RuuRuu-Chan!

So I'm now allowed to submit those!
